A CHA evaluation is short on time, but long on detail and consists of a complete head-to-toe, multi-discipline health review in less than a normal business day. The mission of Celebration Health Assessment is the prevention of disease through early detection assessments, education and the promotion of healthy living.
Your CHA visit will consist of time with specialists such as a medical doctor, exercise physiologist, registered dietician, doctor of pharmacy and dermatologist and also includes hearing and vision checks. The CHA staff has access to the latest in medical technology and imaging equipment for the most complete evaluation possible.
