The physical also includes a comprehensive evaluation of your medical history designed to address specific current issues, concerns and risks that may be predictors of future problems.

Your day at CHA concludes with a lifestyle medicine wrap-up consultation, which is a thorough one-on-one session with your assigned physician. The MD will explain the meaning of the results from the various tests performed and what practical steps need to be taken next on your personal path to wellness. Your physician will also help educate you on how to practically implement the recommendations of the other CHA specialists into your everyday life.
